The mattress was comfortable, the bedding was cozy, and the room had plenty of sunlight, which made it very pleasant. What I especially appreciated was how incredibly kind and welcoming the staff were. The restaurant and common areas were also lovely. Thanks to all of this, I had a wonderful stay and a very satisfying trip to Milan. Thank you!

The guys are simply the best. They made concessions in many situations. Our flight was delayed, and we arrived after midnight. They handled everything in the best possible way. They sent detailed instructions with photos and clearly explained the accommodation rules. They were very understanding about our force majeure situation and allowed us to store our belongings without any extra charge. The staff is always in touch via WhatsApp and is always ready to help — very responsive and friendly. The kitchen has everything you need to cook if you plan to stay for a few days. There is a microwave, kettle, stove, and everything necessary. There is also a fridge and lockers for storing personal food. The rooms have perfectly clean white towels and bed linen. The bathroom and toilet are combined and located in the room. Everything is very clean — there is toilet paper, soap, and also a hairdryer. Everything is at a high level. In the room, each guest has a wardrobe that can be locked (a lock can be purchased at the reception for 4 euros or you can use your own). I recommend it. When I am in Milan again, I will definitely come back more than once.We were left with only positive emotions. Wishing you great guests!

Friendly people and atmosphere, quiet, quite clean, by the underground station Pasteur, Milano, walking distance from Milan Main Station.
