- Location is near a metro station called Lotto. Its safe and nice. - The lobby is big and check-in was a breeze. - Breakfast buffet is a nice spread and glad to be able eat something more hearty. - Room I booked was spacious. I get to hang my coats and jackets and bathroom is well lit. - Requested for random things like ice cubes and the staff delivered what I needed. - Staff is patient and attentive to enquiries.

Very modern, ‘wow’ factor as you walk in, incredible reception area. Exceptionally clean and lovely rooms, we got upgraded to a large room. However we had to move to a smaller room on the 2nd night due to noise at front of the hotel (bar across the road). Smooth check in and close to met links to Milan (about 15 mins on the met line).

The rooms were really good, the staff were really, really good. I would say they were the best part of the stay. The food was great. It was amazing, value for money 100%.
