Beautiful hotel, in the center of Milan. 3 minutes to Duomo. Quiet, clean, cozy. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Yulia was very nice and professional. It was my second time in Matilda. And it was great.

Generally the staff is very professional and friendly, customer oriented and very helpful, especially the reception staff (Eleonora). The location is excellent.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The location is superb—just a short 3 to 5-minute walk to the Duomo and the main shopping areas. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, we had a great stay. The only minor downside was that the breakfast options could be improved.
