The Staff were amazing always smiling very friendly and helpful! The location was excellent a few minutes walk to the Duomo, metro and trams. The room had all that was needed. The bed was very very comfortable! The breakfast was fantastic with great selection of food. All in all a really great stay thank you!

The room was small with a twin bed and a bit rundown, but not bad. Location was very good, close to the Duomo. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
