The hotel was right next to the tram line which was very handy and only 20 mins walk from the Duomo. The staff were very helpful and friendly too. They even gave us a kettle as there wasn't one in the room.

The hotel was clean and the reception area was welcoming. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The breakfast was included and it was delicious with a great range. Our room had a balcony which was lovely. Great location close to tram stops and the metro red line. The neighbourhood felt very safe. The hotel is close to retail, restaurants and supermarkets. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent communication, good location, nice rooms , good air conditioning, really nice bathrooms, very comfortable beds, great choice at breakfast , 24 hour reception. No traffic noice
