It is very easy to access the Duomo from the metro next to the hotel. Staff are very polite. There is a supermarket a couple of minutes walk away if you want to buy drinks and snacks, in addition to shops and restaurants. The bathroom was nice, particularly the little balcony with a view of the Porta Venezia.

Excellent location with metro stop just opposite front door. Helpful staff available 24/7 with good English knowledge. Well sized rooms. Very clean.

Ir was nice that all members were able to communicate with guest in English. The location of the hotel was very accessible to the metro.
