The person at the desk and the man who helped me with my luggage were exceptional. Breakfast had lots of options and was more than adequate - fresh fruit, cereals, soy milk as well as cows, variety of breads, cheeses, meats, vegetables, cappuccino on request, eggs (hard boiled/scrambled, cakes, croissants ... Location also excellent for me - less than 10 minutes walk from central train station. Staff were particularly helpful when my flight was changed and I had to stay an extra night

For me, it was the location, close to Central Station and ideal, if like me you're taking days, the pick up stop is right next to central station.

Breakfast was wonderful. Proximity to railway station was great. Staff very helpful with our luggage - getting it to our room and minding it after we checked out till we got back to it later in the day
