Great staff, very handy to metro and the MiMco exhibition centre as well as restaurants and the City life mall

Staff was quick to answer email requests. Receptionist friendly and helpful. He recommended Chinese restaurant next door. It was super! Rooms and breakfast were standard fare. Breakfast staff pleasant and spoke English as well as Italian. Location was perfect to catch the Subway into Milan.

Nice clean room Close the metro station with couple of restaurants nearby Good croissants for breakfast, but otherwise the breakfast selection was rather limited

Receptionists were the nicest people ever. :) They allowed us to leave our packages at the reception, even when we checked out and our flight was late that day. Breakfast was delicious and the location is just perfect, it is next to a metro station.
