I brought my mom on a short trip, and staying here was such a lovely experience. The location is super convenient, especially for getting around the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was clean and comfortable. It felt safe and welcoming, which meant a lot since I was traveling with family. Would definitely recommend to others and come back again in the future!

Super friendly front desk staff — they helped us check in early and even suggested some great local spots for breakfast. The location is amazing, just a 3-minute walk from Milano Centrale, which made catching our early train super easy. Yeah, the hotel is a bit old and the room is basic, but it was clean and quiet enough for a good rest. For the price, especially in Milan, it’s really good value. Very pleasant stay with friendly and helpful staff. Location is great next to the Milano Centrale and still quiet street. We needed a room quickly for a one night. In addition to everything else, we also got the best balcony we could have wished for 😃 We would have happily stayed longer, if only our flight had been delayed more 😊
