Location is fantastic, the personnel are very helpful (you should know that the hotel is a family hotel), no breakfast, which in my case is a plus because around the hotel you have plenty of restaurants. Hot water, big room, free internet that is enough for work, everything is close to the metro (underground/subway) 100 meters, to tram 100 meters, to buses to Milano / Bergamo Airport - 20 meters or 400 meters. In my opinion, nothing else is needed during the 3-day business trip.
