The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect and the small breakfast was lovely too. Very basic accommodation but perfect for a few nights while traveling Milan.

Majid helped us a lot to get us checked in, considering how late we were. The room is comfortable and very close to the central station, suitable for a quick rest.

Our stay at the hotel had both positives and negatives. First of all, the staff were friendly and understanding — when we didn’t like our first room upon arrival, they changed it for us the next day without any problems. The room and bathroom were always clean, towels were fresh, and the bed linen was also in good condition. However, the hotel itself is quite outdated. The tiles, walls, and overall interior feel very old and in need of renovation. The shower cabin was extremely small and not very comfortable to use. Wi-Fi was another issue — there were constant interruptions and it was hard to rely on it during our stay. Breakfast was very basic and could definitely be improved. It would be great if the hotel invested in updating the rooms and common areas to create a fresher, more modern atmosphere. What we liked: – Clean room and bathroom – Friendly and helpful staff – Towels and bedding were clean – Quick response when we asked to change rooms

This is a basic, budget-friendly option – suitable for a short stay. The accommodation is acceptable considering the price paid. The location is good, just a short walk from the metro station, which makes getting around the city easy. Breakfast was okay – a croissant with coffee and some yogurt. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Cleanliness, towels, and bed linen was good.
