Amazing! I got worried when I saw some bad reviews on other sites, but everything is new here and the staff are all wonderful. The place is easy to find even if you don't have internet like I did. Everything in the room and the bathroom is like new. The bed is very comfy.

Location near train station and near metro station. The room was very clean. Facilities: free coffe all day long. The personal was very helpfull and nice. We felt very good. The shuttle bus to Malpensa airport in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good.
