The service staff were excellent, and the receptionists were wonderful. The bartender, Francesco, was also outstanding. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The room was tidy, clean, and very cozy. The hotel is of the highest class.

The property was spotlessly clean, and extremely spacious and very comfortable, we have to give a special thanks to Francesco in the bar, he looked after us very well and was so cheerful and efficient at his job. We loved Francesco’s snacks at the bar they were delicious. Also another big Thankyou to all the staff at breakfast, who were Simona, Angela and Stefano, they were so quick to serve us our coffee and made sure we had everything that we needed, nothing was a problem for them , and they always had a smile on there faces, it was a pleasure to walk in and see them attend to our needs , also the breakfast was outstanding, we had heaps of variety and it was delicious. Thankyou kindly for making our stay so enjoyable, from Bruno & Katrina Barillaro.

It was cozy, the staff was great and the hospitality was on point, perks to Jenny from the staff, she offered us a free drink when we left when she saw we did not get to use the free on the house drink ticket!
