We stayed here as a family and absolutely loved it. The location is great for exploring Milan, and the setup feels more like a serviced apartment than a hotel. After several long travel days, it was so nice to come back to a place that felt like home. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with everything we needed — even laundry facilities, which is a big help for longer trips. It gave us the comfort and flexibility we were looking for, especially when traveling with kids. Highly recommended for families or groups who want a convenient, home-like stay in Milan.

Smooth check in, hotel room was lovely. Sofa bed comfortable. Really nice touches like fair trade coffee, board with instant camera. Location was close to main attractions. Room and bathroom was modern. Help is reachable via what’s app and responses were quick.

Good communication, easy to access the building. It was clean and everything in good working order. It was great that a phone charging plug and cable was provided and the luggage storage the next day was really useful for us. Good central location. The breakfast at the local cafe was good.

The location was amazing close to many tourist spots. The room was clean and very spacious. Also the customer service was lovely, questions were answered very quickly and any problem we had was solved. We would definitely recommend as we had a lovely stay!
