It was all good but we stayed during Design Week so cost more than usual. Beware that f Milan’s busy business calendar

1. The balcony was absolutely awesome! Plants, lights 2. Bedding was clean and the mattress was of ideal hardness for us (not too soft, not too hard) 3. Good localisation, very close to the central station 4. Suprisingly - quiet. You can hear when others open the doors and the refrigerator, but nothing beside that 5. You can smoke on the balcony (it's forbidden inside) 6. The design, of course 7. Check-in was fast, even though we completed the pre check-in form last minute 8. Tourist tax was calculated correctly, but you can only pay it in cash

Close vicinity to train station, cleanliness, quiet room (other than squicky floor), staff member was easy to contact, and good communication.
