Friendly, helpful host. Complimentary bottle of wine Room was reasonable size. Strong shower and plenty of hot water. Very reasonable price - good value for money. Onsite free parking. Bar fridge in room. Communal kitchen downstairs with a cosy log fire. Double glazing windows so not noisy even though on the street.
