1. Spotlessly clean. 2. Modern. 3. Great bathroom with strong shower pressure. 4. Central location - Lots of bars/restaurants/coffee shops/supermarkets on the doorstep. 5. Large rooms, especially the suite - Great for motorcyclists and drying of wet kit. 6. Despite central location, very quiet. 7. Secure entry/safe area. 8. Great value. 9. On street motorcycle parking nearby.
