Great location. Really helpful communications in advance. Everything you needed. Close to an excellent supermarket and routes across the Islands. Really nice touch to have spare towels etc mid week. Glad we paid extra for linen and towels.

I stayed at Kristjanshavn’s hostel during my time in the Faroe Islands, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful. He helped me so much during a difficult moment, as I got stuck on the island due to flight cancellations, and he was there to support me with everything I needed. The hostel itself is cozy, clean, and has a really warm and welcoming atmosphere. I felt at home from day one. The hospitality and care I received were truly exceptional. 100% recommended, both for the place and for Kristjanshavn’s kindness and generosity. If you're heading to the Faroe Islands, this is without a doubt the place to stay.

Compact room but has everything you need, shower is comfortable, the view is nice (we could see the tip of Trollkonufingur from the window). Located right in the marina but still has enough privacy, the place is not crowded. The three cottages have a terrace that is protected from the wind pretty much. You can also dip into the sea at a ledder half a minute walking away from the house. Car rental office (pickup/dropoff station) right next door. The owner is very kind and helpful.
