Staff was very professional and managed to get us to a room with a view since the first one we got had a view over a concrete terrace. All very kind and polite. Great food. Huge bed.

Spacious and pristine. Lots of spaces to get away from crowds and enjoy peace and quiet. Lovely helpful and friendly staff

Breakfast, lunch and dinner all had a wide variety of delicious food. We hadn't planned tours ahead of time, however, the concierge team was very quick to organise everything for us. In particular Rym was able to secure us a same day Djerba island tour and next day overnight tour in the desert despite it being Ramadan. She was overall extremely helpful and was even in contact with us after her work hours! There was also a wide range of entertainment on offer.
