Interesting eclectic cottage down a very quiet lane, surrounded by garden. Comfortable and homely, clean and warm . Very conveniently situated on a bus route( very useful if you are walking on the South Downs way) and within walking distance of a pub for evening meal. Good breakfast

A short bus ride from the south downs way.very peaceful and cake on arrival.Miranda was very helpful with recommendations for evening meals.

The setting was quiet and relaxed, with lots of wildlife visible from our bedroom and conservatory. The bed was so comfortable that we almost overslept both mornings! Miranda and her beautiful dog, Iris were very welcoming!
