What did we like? We loved, loved, loved the location! The Sea Breeze Inn is close enough to downtown Newport's shops and eats to get there conveniently, and yet it is far enough away from all that traffic and congestion so you can relax and enjoy some solitude. We also liked the fact that the windows in our room actually worked as windows are supposed to, letting in those great ocean breezes, and letting us breathe fresh air. We also liked the cooked to order breakfasts each morning.

Breakfast at yiayias was very good. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious, good looking and comfortable. The location was great, close to good casual dining and also a short car ride away from very beautiful places. Very friendly and lovely place.
