It was exceptional for a small property in that price range. The location was excellent, right in the centre of Middleton. The owners have clearly taken a lot of effort to ensure the house is well equipped (including dog biscuits, which were much appreciated by our dogs!). It was very clean. I'd be very happy to stay again.

The owners helped us out of a tricky situation when another property nearby let us down last minute. Went above and beyond, late on a stormy Friday, to greet us and put some finishing touches to the cottage (most notably putting the heating on for us!). The location is excellent (through the hotel car park archway, not the arch next to the old Information Centre). Thanks again and would definitely return.
