Everything! Brilliant cottage, beds comfy, Everything you need. Highly recommend. Host was amazing, couldn't do enough to make the stay any better. Will definitely be staying again.

Meeting Phil the owner who explained everything we needed to know, very impressed by the cottage it was very warm,clean and comfortable.the amount of attention given was outstanding,fresh flowers on the table which was decorated for the occasion with balloons, chocolates,candles etc. The fridge and freezer were stocked with beer,water,butter ,sparkling wine and pizzas as well as milk bread and crumpets ,the list goes on and on.The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment and utensils that you could need The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds and good quality bedding and towels.There we're also lots of games to play for all ages if the weather is not so good.Our party consisted of eight adults and were using the cottage as a base before attending a family birthday party and to be quite honest I think it would have been hard to find anywhere better in the area ,and all this for a very reasonable price,if you are wanting somewhere to stay in the area give it a go as I don't think you will be disappointed

Phil was friendly and welcoming as soon as we booked, answering any questions to make our stay go as smoothly as possible. On arrival the property exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our occasion but the personal touches and little extras to ensure we had everything we needed were so kind and generous. He really was the perfect host who goes the extra mile and it wasn't unnoticed
