Bed was very comfy, very much needed after a long day of travel. The host was fantastic as I had communicated that I would arrive late at night, and he arranged a safe way for me to enter the property after check-in was closed. Clear communication throughout, and he was very accommodating the day I had to leave as I had to attend an interview, and needed to leave bags behind. Overall a fantastic stay and I reccomend Chadwick Guest House to everyone visiting this area.

Lovely guest house. Claudio was very welcoming and helpful. I was visiting the university and the location was very convenient in a nice setting. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again if visiting Middlesbrough.

Spacious room, good breakfast, helpful staff. Bathroom in the ground floor room with private bathroom is not ensuite.

Large, comfortable, quiet ground floor room. The place was very clean and well serviced throughout. We knew when booking that there was a private bathroom, as apposed to an ensuite, but didn't realise we had to walk across a corridor, passing the kitchen, office and entrance hall, to get to it. Note to future guests: make sure you pack a dressing gown! On the whole this was a good stay and the owner was very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was a little too early for us (7-8am) so we catered for ourselves. Nice location close to buses and a walkable distance from the railway station.

Claudio was an excellent host, always ready to answer any questions and assist you! He was also flexible with check-in and check-out times. The location is fantastic, right next to the beautiful Albert Park! Teesside University’s campus, situated in the heart of town, is just a 15-minute walk away.

Believe he is the boss/owner/service staff, he is very friendly and helpful, he helps us on ours luggage bag while checking in. Show us all the facility before he go off for the day by giving his personal number in case we need contact him. He came back early morning to prepare the wonderful breakfast and coffee which is included. He is great gentleman, superb polite thruout over ours conversation, a send off with handshake while checking out.
