The suite was lovely. Nicely decorated, comfy big bed, lovely bath and fab tea/coffee facilities. We were too late for breakfast in the morning even though we'd paid for it. However, we still went into the pub after checking out and managed to purchase a separate breakfast from there. The lady who served us in there was fantastic and a real asset to The Bluebell

We have stayed there quite a few times while visiting family in James Cook. We knew what we were getting. Ellie on reception has always been pleasant and helpful.
