Lovely, clean and well-presented house in a great location. The property felt modern, comfortable and clearly well looked after. Communication with the host was friendly and helpful, and check-in was straightforward. We stayed over the festive period and really enjoyed the space, it worked perfectly for a family visit and felt like a proper home rather than just a rental. Would happily stay again.

There had been an error with the cleaning when we arrived but the host sorted it incredibly quickly and couldn't have been more apologetic. The apartment was great value for money as a large family visiting family in Middlesbrough and is a good location for shops, restaurants and Albert Park. Having parking on the road was a bonus too.
