The look and the convenience of having the car out fronts. It was clean as well. They have an area out back where kids can play (playground) under the trees and we saw a bbq. Service was great, we were offered two rooms because our double room had a maintenance issue. They would have refunded us, but they said it was a very busy regatta weekend so they explicitly told us to, in that case, find something new first. We went with the two room option and enjoyed the king room, which had lots of nice lighting.
