First time visiting Jaz Elite Aurora in Zanzibar, and it was everything I hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome warm, friendly, and always ready to help. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings that make it easy to relax the moment you step in. The food was amazing throughout our stay, with plenty of delicious options and consistently great quality. We were also lucky enough to be upgraded to a swim-up room, which made the experience even more special waking up and stepping straight into the pool was a real treat. The padel courts were fantastic and a great addition to the stay, and whenever the hotel hosted entertainment in the evenings, it was always lively and enjoyable. All in all, an incredible first visit to Zanzibar. Jaz Elite Aurora delivered a wonderful experience, and we’d happily return.

We spent the most wonderful six nights at Jaz Elite Aurora, and I can honestly say this was one of the best hotel experiences of my life. The hotel is completely new and absolutely stunning – everything looks beautiful, modern, and perfectly designed down to the smallest detail. The whole place is very aesthetic, coherent, and thoughtfully planned. There is an amazing variety of attractions: padel courts, gym, spa, daily activities – you can really feel that this resort was created to offer both relaxation and entertainment at the highest level. The food deserves special praise – it is outstanding. Everything is fresh, delicious, and of very high quality, with an enormous variety. Several different restaurants mean you can try something new every day, and the two restaurants on the pier are simply magical. This is truly all-inclusive at its best. We felt so good in the hotel that we didn’t leave the resort even once during our entire stay – there was absolutely no need to. The staff is exceptional – incredibly kind, open, and genuinely interested in the guests. Everyone is smiling, positive, and happy to talk. The managers are very visible, approachable, and truly care about guests’ comfort. The animation team was fantastic – we exercised with them every day and loved their energy and professionalism. I have never been to an all-inclusive resort where both my mind and body could truly rest like this. From the first moment, we felt completely relaxed, safe, and cared for. We truly felt like we were in paradise. Highly, highly recommended.

The place is very clean, tidy, and beautiful. The food is diverse and really delicious. The pools are clean and kid-friendly. Most of the staff are very friendly.
