The hotel's location is fantastic, everything you need is very close. Jessa, who works at the reception, is amazing. She's friendly and very sweet. She immediately fulfilled all our requests. Thank you Jessa, you were the best thing about the hotel.

The hotel is ideally located in Midtown Miami near to the design quarter. There are plenty of places to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the area feels safe when out in the evening. We used this hotel for both pre and post on a cruise holiday. The staff were always very helpful, polite and professional. On both occasions we had a room on the 6th floor and on our second visit upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. Our thanks to Jessa for looking after us and another member of the staff for booking an Uba for the airport. The rooms were spacious comfortable and well equipped. Both rooms had a small kitchen area but there was no cutlery or plates etc. WiFi was excellent and the air conditioning good. There is no restaurant in the hotel but as previously mentioned there are sufficient places around the hotel. We can recommend Angelina's. There is a lot to see in the area with most accessible on foot. We enjoyed our two stays at the hotel and would return.
