We had a medical emergency and they were nice enough to give us a late check out. Our room had a stair outside through which you could access the street, this was nice Pool sector is cool. More clarity should exist regarding who is using a particular palapa (is it enough to just leave the towels?)

They let us use the facilities super early before checking in when our flight arrived at stupid o'clock in the morning. Staff were lovely, the place was spotless, the man who did the free wine hour was a delight, the location was unreal. My partner also met Ron Perlman along the road, what else could you ask for?
