We have been in the hotel in April 2025. We booked the hotel, standard room for about 850 EUR. When we have arrived in the room there was absolutely no view. The window was blacked by window foil. Booking.cm described it: View. There was nowhere mentioned No view. We have complained and the hotel manager Luis was very kind to give us an upgrade to another room. He also covered 1 breakfast. There was no other compensation for the first night. We were not received with a drink which would be normal for a 5 star hotel.

Location was fantastic. Facilities, pool, room, access to the beach are all a major plus! Staff are amazing, friendly and always willing to help.
