Good location Good seating areas and pool Friendly and helpful staff Good idea to have coffee and wash room sundries available for top up from cupboards in common areas. Oliver one of the maintenance guys was particularly helpful. When it was raining, he went out of his way to get us umbrellas and towels. The front of house staff were very kind, especially on the last day.

Amazing! What a lovely hotel, the different buildings had a nice vibe, it was well maintained and clean, the room was big and beds comfortable, the pool area was not the biggest but was pretty cosy with all the palm trees, and there are a lot of areas where you can rest left and right. If you are hungry there is also a little bar and restaurant (although pricey). The staff was very nice as well. The location was perfect, just 2 streets away from the busy Ocean Drive but everything at walking distance to enjoy your stay in South Beach. You arrive and immediately feel on holiday.
