Staff were amazing - particularly the gentleman from Cuba working at reception for most of our stay (I'm so sorry I can't remember his name!) but he was absolutely wonderful and so helpful throughout our entire stay.

Fantastic hotel with an excellent location! It is situated in a resort area, and the beach is just a two-minute walk away, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing — delicious, beautifully presented, and with a great variety of options. We especially loved the opportunity to make waffles ourselves, which was such a fun and unique experience. We stayed in a spacious room for four people, and it exceeded our expectations. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were great, and everything was well organized. The only small suggestion would be to include toothpaste in the amenities, as it is quite an essential item. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

It was our second stay. It is at a great location. Nice breakfast, and it is good that they offer free beach chairs on South Beach.
