In the event of any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising from or related to this rental agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and court costs incurred in connection with such action or proceeding from the non-prevailing party. **Limitation of Damages Clause:**
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the property owner/landlord's liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from this rental agreement or property use shall be limited to the total cost of the stay as indicated in this agreement. Location, the beach, the room, the view. Plenty of wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Free trolley was great to go to other parts of Miami Beach

Good place and close to the beach with great view on both beach one side and Miami Downtown other side. Room big enough for a family of 4 and all clean and tidy.

Everything was ok. But. The AC turning on and off is very very noisy especially during the night.
