The location was good. Easy access to the beach and transportation links. The area is clean all along collins Ave. If there is an issue the staff get back to you in a reasonable time frame.

I was really concerned after reading the bad reviews. But it went over the expectations! The room we got was exactly the one on the picture. BEAUTFUL VIEW over the ocean. Really clean and no cockroaches as people was saying. Hotel and rooms was old yes but it just brings charm to the place in our opinion. We were only staying 4 nights and went a day to the keys. Which was great as we got sun chairs and an umbrella with the rooms. Anyhow didn’t get to use the pool but we were at the pool area and it was BEAUTIFUL, and pool was heated. Loved that it was literally on the beach too! Night walks there was amazing and the beach is very quiet
