Nice room (we were in the newer and therefore slightly bigger room). Very helpful person at the front desk. Nice pool at the top of the building.

Great sized rooms with a safe and a fridge. Rooms are cleaned daily and to a high standard. I felt very safe here as a solo female and the staff were very friendly.

It's the best hotel I have stayed in lately. Staff are professional in their work . Receptionist Sozedad is excellent . Housekeeping, breakfast , loppy, and the swimming pool are amazing

Not a bad hotel. Convenient location: everything is close and not noisy. The hotel has a restaurant. Polite staff. Strong audibility in the rooms. There are only two umbrellas at the pool, it would not hurt to fix the situation. We asked in advance about early check-in, but we were told that they can help with this only on the day of check-in. We arrived 3 hours before check-in, we were told that the room is ready, but they will check us in only for an additional fee. This is the first time I encounter this on South Beach.
