The property is very clean and quiet. The breakfast is complementary in this hotel, they give us towel and chairs to use at the beach that is just across the road, very short distance. Staff are amazing. We got our room straight away after we arrived, I would like to thank all the staff and Jessica the manager for looking after us and make our stay smooth and special.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We got upgraded because the AC did not work in our room. The room facilities are great especially if you do not want to eat in restaurants (very expensive for no reason). We used the roof top terrace for all our meals and enjoyed the views. There is no problem to bring your own food and drinks to any shared space. They also offer a complimentary coffee and simple breakfast.

We loved the rooftop pool. We had a fabulous view of Miami Beach. The location was brilliant, and the staff were all lovely. We asked for a kettle, and within 5 minutes, it was there in our room. The hotel will be even better once the restaurant is open
