From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. This is a family of hardworking, kind people who clearly put their heart into everything they do. The house itself is amazing — spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, and without a doubt one of the best views on the island. It has absolutely everything you might need, whether you’re staying for a few days or longer. What really made this experience special was the personal care. When our ferry was cancelled due to bad weather, Kleopatra went above and beyond — she cooked extra food for us, brought it up herself, and helped calm me down when I was stressed about getting back in time for work. That level of kindness is rare and unforgettable. The area is beautiful and very well maintained, entirely by them, which makes it even more impressive. Kleopatra is an incredible woman, and by the end of our stay, it truly felt like we had made a new friend. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone — it is worth every cent. And if I ever return to Kastellorizo, this will be the first place I visit and stay again.

The location is a very short walk from the harbour but absolutely perfect! The views from our balcony were stunning. The owner rang me offering a lift from the harbour when we arrived which was most unexpected and appreciated, although we walked along the path and even that is gorgeous. Situated right below some ruins and by the lycian tomb too. The room was literally the only accomodation in 14 days of moving around that had an iron! Highly recommend this accomodation.

Our recent stay at Agnanti Studios was so relaxing. Such a wonderful location. The hotel and staff were just what we wanted, quiet, very beautiful location , perfect little private swimming terrace . Our room had a great great view of the sea and Island, perfect. The staff were very helpful and provided a pick up at the ferry port and arranged taxis for our departure to the airport. The lovely breakfast each day was perfect for us, thank you both for making our stay perfect 😊

We thought this property was in one of the best locations. A 10 minute stroll into the main harbour, along the sea wall but with the most fantastic terrace to swim off, right outside the room.
