The location is stunning, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the food was superb. We stopped for one night to break our journey to our final destination in the south, but this became a real highlight of the whole holiday. It is a family run hotel and restaurant with a wonderfully lively and welcoming atmosphere. The surrounding scenery is breathtaking.

Great location in the stunning Gorge. Room located in a separate block across the road from the hotel main building. My room was down two levels, but has a lift so no bother. The room also overlooked the small river of the Gorge. Restuarant evening meal was good. There is a long parking area 50 Metres from the Hotel/ bar area alongside the road but is fine.

Amazing location with many good sightings of Griffin vultures in this amazing gorge. A great family run hotel. We loved it.

Incredibly welcoming. You’ll receive great hospitality as used to be commonplace in France but is now rare.The food is simply wonderful - straightforward, just as you might have at home. The riverside rooms are great. Family run with generosity of spirit and a convivial atmosphere.
