I can recommend the hotel, it was was good but the person from the hotel who was in charge of the shuttle was not so polite. The drivers were on the contrary very kind.

Room was small but clean, and quieter outside than expected, given proximity to airport and highway traffic. I think the large double-windows helped. We were permitted to check in a bit early because our flight had been cancelled and we had to stay an additional night in CDMX, which we appreciated. The space was constantly being wiped down by female cleaners and kept tidy. Cool artwork on the walls throughout. Front desk staff were kind, despite the language barriers. Fun view of the airport from the room. Was very easy to walk to Terminal 1 over the pedestrian bridge and we didn't need the shuttle because our luggage was missing. Easy to explore surrounding neighbourhood on foot.
