The staff were so friendly and courteous. We had an issue with our room the first night and they responded so quickly and upgraded us to a suite , making our trip even more enjoyable. Comfy beds with lots of extra pillows! The breakfast was surprisingly delicious, I am not often impressed by a buffet style brunch, but this was wonderful- and the service was exceptional. A huge thank you to Diana, Laura, and Dora for their attentive service and warm welcome every morning.

Facilities were great hairdresser on location she was lovely one of the best blow dries i’ve ever had. Rooms were big and modern. Option for late checkout.

Huge thanks to the Bell Boy Victor Reyes for his help with check in and check out processes. He is incredible dedicated to ensuring guests are treats well at the reception area. Also the breakfast was incredible!
