The room was nice size, bed comfortable. Good location. Staff friendly and helpful (no one spoke English and although this doesn’t affect my score, it’s important to know if you don’t speak any Spanish)

Very modern rooms, cheap if there are 2 people, alright if single traveler like me.(private room always expensive if traveling alone) Hot water, very clean and modern bathroom. All in very good except?

Loved how central the hotel was to everything, most major destinations were within a 10 minute walk. Plaza Garibaldi, El Zocalo, Palacio de Bellas Artes, etc., was so close and easy to get to. Also very close to amazing street food. Head to the corner of Cuba y Brasil, and there will be loads of inexpensive/delicious food waiting for you at all hours. Much cheaper than the tourist restaurants all around, and much more authentic of the Mexican experience.

Great breakfast and location. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was lovely and very clean. Room also nice and bed comfortable. They let us check in early which was really appreciated.
