Great location and very responsive management. Management did not reside on the premises so you needed to call if you had a problem. Kitchen facilities were great and location was walking distance to most things in Condesa and restaurants. Comfortable and good value.

Hotel Casa Condesa Amatlan 84 is a hidden treasure. It is not fancy, but we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. It is a warm, comfortable experience. The staff are exceptional. They anticipated our needs and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location is perfect with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Yet, it was very quiet and serene at the hotel.

What we liked: + super friendly staff + great location + beautiful building + loved the balcony What we liked less: - extremely small bathroom (I’m 1.90m and I couldn’t sit on the toilet without bumping my knees, nor take a shower without ducking). - the materials and furniture all felt a bit cheap/IKEA-like. - quite a lot of noise from the street at night (we were on the first floor on the street side).

Perfectly located, clean, spacey rooms and very accommodating staff! I arrived at 5am on the day of my booking and my room was already available (just prevent the hotel of course)
