1. the location - 5 blocks from Zocaro 2. the friendliness and kindness of staff on reception, all spoke English and especially to Rueben 3. the cleaners who were brilliant 4. comfortable bed 5. the sensible organisation of the room for a traveller

Basic but clean with everything you need, we stayed one night before a flight and they helped us book a taxi to the airport. It is inside a shopping mall but there is security on the door so feels very safe.
