Staff were amazing- so friendly and kind. The location was incredible, so close to the Frida Kahlo house and in the hip and happening area of Coyoacán. The room was perhaps the most beautiful we have ever stayed. Breakfast was brilliant too!

The design and atmosphere are 1st class. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, they are a real example of the Mexican hospitality.

From booking the room to arriving at the hotel was a breeze. The hotel is understated but very hip and elegant! The room was spacious and made us feel at home. The hotel owner and his staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect K. Burrell
