Great location and felt safe. Hotel staff were all very friendly. Room was comfortable and beds. Decent size room. Clean all over the hotel. Definitely recommend for a stay in Mexico City. Shop opposite and lots of restaurants all in walking distance.

The best thing about this hotel is the wonderful and very helpful staff particularly the concierges who are excellent and sort everything for you from picking you up from the airport to arranging trips they are amazing. The location is also excellent it is so central with great cafe’s and restaurants. It is incredibly safe and there are key landmarks literally a block away. The pool overlooking the Ángel was the thing that won the kids over.

The hotel's location was excellent, with a wide variety of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Even without booking the hotel breakfast, finding great places to eat nearby was incredibly convenient. Overall, dining options were a major highlight of our stay.
