The room and the bathroom were both big. The staff speaks English very well.

The rooms was spacious enough, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious and has all the necessary toiletries and toweils and a shower. Wifi was very good. Breakfast did not have a wide range of options but it did have the basics to cover you and they were very tasty. The swimming pool was indoor and heated, very clean and nice. The hotel is in an area that I felt safe to walk day and early at night to the metro which is a few hunder meters from the hotel. The hotel is on a major street and there were always other people. Also the metrobus stops right is front of the hotel. The hotel is near the city center and very convenient for going to most points of interest in the city.

The hotel's location is great - close to the centre, within walking distance of the Palacio de Bellas Artes, easily accessible by public transportation. Breakfast is very good, including Mexican dishes and fruit. The hotel manager was remarkably courteous, one of the receptionists very professional. The bed was very comfortable and clean.
