The staff was amazing, very friendly and ready to help, especially people who work in the kitchen. The front desk lady who works the mornings was also very kind. The breakfast was delicious, they offered coffee, tea, fresh juice, fruits, eggs with different proteins or a meal of the day which were always good. The breakfast is also from 8 am to 12 pm which gives you plenty of time even if you're not an early bird. They also provide cleaning every day which was nice, and it's not too early (around 1 pm) so you have plenty of time to go out to the city even with a slow morning. They provide a bottle of water for each guest every day with the cleaning, as well as toilet paper, towels and soap (although they only provided soap when we already bought our own, a few days after the start of our stay). The location is good enough, the hotel is close to everything in the city centre, however the corner of the street always smells like garbage. 😅 There is an Oxxo nearby, which was convenient, also the hotel's wifi is not bad.

the hotel was in the city center walking distance to everything, the breakfast really really good with some choices.
