Location - very close to the city centre (5 mins), few minutes from the metro station; easy accessible from Benito Juarez airport; few supermarkets around. My room was basic, but very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows, window that can be opened. Hot shower and good pressure. Wi-Fi worked very well. On the first floor there is a machine with cold/hot water. They provided clean sheets and towels every day. Staff - friendly, wanted to help. All things considered, I felt safe and I recommend this place. Basic but everything you need.

Friendly housekeeping staff, clean rooms, hot shower with good pressure, small gym and ground floor terrace, filter water available, 24-hr check in available, a 5 walk from the metro station (pink line 1), 10-15 minute walk to historical centre, a decent sized room. Basic toiletries provided - shampoo, shower gel. Soap.
