Beautifully decorated. Everything was of a very high standard. Great sea and hillside views. Birdsong. Bed exceptionally comfortable. Very well equipped kitchenette. Comfortable 2 person sofa. Hosts Dave and Sarah were friendly, but left us to it.

Wonderful position and excellent apartment for a relaxing mini break. David and Sarah are attentive and caring hosts without being intrusive. All furnishings and equipment done to a very high standard. Bed so comfy. Excellent walks from the doorstep. Local pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Will return!

Superb location, outstanding flat, impeccable hosts and good value for money. Our thanks to Sarah and Dave who ensured our short 3 day break was immensely enjoyable. The flat was ideally located above Mevagissy harbour for both our visits to the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project. In the evenings we walked the short distance into Mevagissy to enjoy the local restaurants and pubs. We returned home refreshed and invigorated by the experience. We shall be back.
